$100/month – Full program access, clinical oversight, symptom monitoring, and dose adjustments. You may use your insurance to cover medications if preferred.

$150/month – Includes everything above, plus one hormone therapy medication fully covered each month.

$200/month – Includes full clinical support plus all prescribed hormone therapy medications fully covered.

Every level includes individualized care, education, and ongoing support—with no surprise fees or rushed appointments.
