With 16 years in healthcare, I’m deeply committed to helping others achieve their best health. I spent eight years as an ICU nurse, delivering critical care in life’s most intense moments, and the last four years as a Family Nurse Practitioner, supporting patients in living healthier, more fulfilling lives through personalized, preventive care.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about living an active, balanced lifestyle. Whether it’s through movement, nutrition, or daily hydration, I believe wellness is something we build intentionally. Training and competing in Jiu Jitsu fuels my drive and resilience, while my family keeps me grounded and inspired to lead by example in all aspects of health.

At Emerge Wellness, I offer IV hydration and alternative wellness services designed to meet your unique goals. Whether you’re an athlete focused on recovery or someone simply wanting to feel better and live well, I’m here to help you stay energized, supported, and aligned with your wellness journey.

I’m Emily, a registered nurse with over five years of experience in surgery, trauma, orthopedic and emergency care. My early career taught me how to act quickly, care deeply, and always center the patient. Along the way, I discovered my passion for functional wellness—empowering others to feel their best through IV hydration, vitamin therapy, and medical weight support.

Beyond the ER, my background includes telemetry, orthopedics, infusion nursing, and care coordination, giving me a strong foundation in both acute and preventive care. I now serve as the lead RN at Emerge Wellness, where I get to combine clinical expertise with a heart-centered, personalized approach.

I believe wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s personal, practical, and powerful. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and help you move toward your healthiest self, one intentional step at a time.

Hi, I’m Danielle McColloch. I take a compassionate, real-world approach to wellness—helping busy individuals reduce stress around food, movement, and mindset. My goal is to support long-term health through sustainable, habit-based changes, rather than extreme diets or restrictive programs.

I bring a strong background in GLP-1 and GLP-2 therapy and am passionate about helping clients navigate their wellness journey with confidence. My focus is not just on weight loss, but on doing it the right way—preserving muscle mass, maintaining energy, and building lasting success.

As part of the Emerge Wellness team, I’m here to ensure our patients feel educated, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

Hi, I’m Cayenne! I’ve worked as a medical assistant for over 10 years, and I truly love what I do. I believe in bringing both skill and heart into every patient interaction. Right now, I support care at both Saint Al’s Foot & Ankle Clinic and Pacific Medical, where I’m known for my clear communication, attention to detail, and commitment to helping people feel comfortable and cared for.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of two amazing kids, a head cheer coach at the local high school, and a dog mom to a Rottweiler and a corgi. Whether I’m on the sidelines, in the clinic, or spending time with my family, I always show up with energy, purpose, and a whole lot of heart.

Hi, I’m a CISSN Sports Nutritionist with a passion for helping others feel strong, confident, and empowered through evidence-based nutrition and fitness. I hold a Master of Applied Exercise Science with a concentration in Nutrition, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.

With certifications as an ACE Certified Health Coach and ACE Certified Personal Trainer, I’m committed to providing well-rounded, sustainable strategies tailored to each individual’s goals—whether it’s optimizing performance, improving body composition, or supporting long-term wellness.

My approach blends science with compassion, and I love seeing my clients not only reach their goals but thrive in the process.
