Refill Request Policy and Membership Overview
This refill request is available only to patients who have completed an initial provider consultation, submitted preliminary lab work, and have met with—or are scheduled to meet with—our nutritionist.
Our monthly membership provides comprehensive care coordination, including nurse support, nurse practitioner oversight, medication assessments, and prescription refills. All related clinical services, administrative tasks, and liability coverage are included. All necessary supplies for medication administration are also provided as part of your membership.
For this reason, our pricing is inclusive of both medication, clinical services, and supplies. Unlike many programs, we do not charge an additional monthly provider visit fee.
