As a Certified Nutrition Coach, I help women—especially those using GLP-1 medications—make sustainable changes that fit into real life. Instead of strict rules or quick fixes, we focus on building habits that feel attainable and work for the long term. We begin with what’s already in place and make small, meaningful shifts from there. Along the way, we work on improving the relationship with food, reducing stress, and creating routines that support both physical and emotional well-being. Through simple nutrition strategies, mindset support, and behavior change tools, my coaching encourages progress that feels manageable, realistic, and aligned with how each person wants to feel—in body, mind, and everyday life.

I offer personalized, results-driven coaching grounded in over 23 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry. I’m a CISSN Nutritionist with a Master of Science in Sports Nutrition, and I’m also an ACE Health Coach and Personal Trainer. While I have extensive experience working with athletes, I truly enjoy supporting women through all stages of life in reaching their health goals with a compassionate, science-based approach.
At the heart of my coaching philosophy is the belief that every individual is unique—with their own goals, lifestyle, and challenges. My specialty is helping clients discover what truly works for them by creating personalized strategies that align with their specific needs and values.
I place a strong emphasis on letting go of guilt and shame. Instead, I guide my clients to build the kind of lifestyle they genuinely want—understanding that it looks different for everyone. A big part of this journey includes shifting away from negative self-talk and cultivating a more empowering, supportive mindset.
