The Emerge Weight Loss Program offers a supportive and empowering path to a healthier you, built on a foundation of personalized care and effective strategies. We'll work with you every step of the way while incorporating advanced medications that help curb appetite and promote fullness. Whether you choose a flexible membership or prefer to pay as you go, your medication will be conveniently delivered right to your door. We also emphasize the importance of nourishing your body with required nutritional guidance to help you build sustainable habits. With Emerge, you're not just starting a diet; you're embracing a journey toward lasting well-being, supported by our team and designed for your success.
1. Schedule Initial RN Call
Begin by scheduling a 1:1 coordination call with our Registered Nurse. This personalized session will walk you through the entire process, including lab coordination, provider communication, medication guidance, and your nutrition plan—ensuring you feel confident and supported every step of the way.
2. Complete Required Labs
We require lab results from within the past six months. If you already have them, please upload them to your patient portal in Simple Practice as soon as possible. If not, you can schedule labs using the link below. We’re happy to accept insurance for lab services to help keep things simple and affordable.
3. Schedule with our Nurse Practitioner
If you uploaded your own labs to the portal, please request an appointment with our Nurse Practitioner using the link below once they're uploaded. If you scheduled labs through us, our Nurse Practitioner will reach out to schedule your appointment as soon as your results are received.
4. Membership VS. Month to Month
Once your treatment plan is approved by our Nurse Practitioner, you’ll have the flexibility to choose how you'd like to move forward. You can either enroll in one of our monthly membership plans for added benefits and ongoing support, or simply purchase your medication in four-week increments as needed—whatever fits you best.
5. Medication Delivery - Mountain Care Pharmacy
Medications typically take 24–48 hours to process after submission to Emerge on standard business days. Once your order is submitted, we do not have access to tracking or delivery updates. For shipping inquiries, please contact the pharmacy directly.
If your medication arrives warm or with a melted ice pack, it is still safe to use. The pharmacy has completed third-party testing confirming stability at temperatures up to 110°F for up to 5 days.
6. Annual Nutrition Consultation/Assessment
A nutrition consultation is required annually. While it’s not mandatory before starting therapy, it is preferred and must be completed within the first three months of enrollment. Payment is due at the time of service. This consult plays a key role in long-term success. Follow-ups are optional, and HSA is accepted for this service.
7. Injection Teaching
This one-on-one session is designed to provide patients with detailed, hands-on instruction for self-administering injections. A trained provider will guide you through each step, including proper injection technique, medication handling, dosing, storage, and safety protocols. This session ensures you feel confident, informed, and prepared to manage your treatment at home.
8. Payment and Purchases
Payment for all consultations, services, and medications is due at the time of service. While we encourage purchasing directly through our website for convenience, we understand that circumstances can vary. If you're experiencing financial hardship, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we're happy to work with you whenever possible. If you prefer to pay in cash, please schedule a cash drop-off in advance. For Venmo payments, a refill request form must be submitted to keep everything documented and compliant.
